Between 2 April and 11 May 2014, the Cercle Cité of Luxembourg will be presenting the exhibition “In Favour of Public Space” in the final venue of its itinerancy. The exhibition shows the twenty-five finalists, Special Mentions and prize-winners from the seventh award of the European Prize for Urban Public Space. Titled in French, “La ville tournée vers l'espace public” (The City Turns to Public Space), the exhibition comes under the auspices of Design City Festival and is a joint production by the Fondation de l’Architecture et de l’Ingenierie, the Luxembourg City Council as well as the Cercle Cité. The exhibition is to be opened on 2 April 2014 at 6 p.m., an event at which the Mayor of Luxembourg will speak and the Prize director, Judit Carerra, will present the exhibition.
