Cecilia Dreymüller, Raül Romeva Rueda and Francesc Serés came to the CCCB to discuss cultural Europe and its shared values.
The sense of being a citizen of Europe springs from shared cultural values. Respect for the continent’s linguistic diversity, its heritage and traditions is one of the pillars of European identity, but what sense do these differentiating factors have in an increasingly globalised world? On 26 May 2015, the three speakers addressed this question in a panel session chaired by Josep Maria Muñoz.
This event was part of the Europe City Programme and was the fourth lecture in the cycle “The Idea of Europe”.
