Political consultant

Jorge Melguizo (Medellín, 1962) is presently an adviser on Housing and Inclusion to the Buenos Aires City Council. A social communicator, he has worked as a political consultant in the areas of public administration, integral urban projects and culture. He has also been a journalist and lecturer in several universities.

As Secretary for Culture in the Medellín City Council, he initiated sweeping changes in the city, where he has also held the position of Secretary for Social Development. He is a member of Board of Directors of the Medellín-Barcelona Chair.
