Architect. Member of the Prize’s Board of Experts (2022-2024)
Dumitrita Efremov is an architect from Chisinau, Moldova. She is a graduate of the Architecture Department at the Techical University of Moldova (2010) and of the Faculty of Urban Planning, “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urban Planning of Bucharest. She is currently a PhD fellow at the Faculty of Architecture at the “Ion Mincu” University, where she conducts her thesis in conservation of modern architecture. Her areas of interest include immovable cultural heritage management, interior architecture and graphic design. Since 2014, she has been actively involved in promotion and capacity building activities related to protection of the urban heritage, with a special focus on urban open spaces in historic environments. She is a member of the Moldovan Committee of ICOMOS.
